The MSP Drone League is currently designed for youth that live within (or very close proximity) the geographic boundaries of the Interstate 494 and 694 beltway (or loop). The goal of this league is to work with students of color from under-represented ethnicities and genders in the education and career fields of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) to expose them to advancing and emerging technologies. All are welcome!

We are looking for students that have an interest in having fun but may not realize that their fun could turn in to a job, a career or opportunities in education -- all while having fun learning to fly drones!

Preferred grade levels 4th - 12th, if younger, accompanied by their adult.

We expect regular attendance and hope to assist you towards a career in STEM and potentially earning a drone license while you decide which education path to follow (self-taught, certification, college associates degree, or bachelors degree).

Note: If we receive more registrations than we can accommodate, we will assign you to a location based on the zipcode or the nearest Midwest Drone League Tribe to you. All registrations are kept confidential by the league directors and will only be used for correspondence from the Minnesota STEM Partnership non-profit.
